1. Who we are
JustPasteIt.ai is a trade name (DBA) of Ventacart LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing from or using justpasteit.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The product
We sell the Small Business AI Prompt Pack: a digital download containing prompt slide decks in PowerPoint and PDF formats. It is delivered electronically — no physical product is shipped. The prompts are designed to work with third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot); those tools are separate services with their own terms, and we are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Microsoft.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added at checkout.
4. Delivery
After successful payment you are redirected to a download page immediately. If your download fails or you lose your files, email support@justpasteit.ai and we will re-send them at no charge.
5. Refunds — 7-day guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase (reply to your receipt email or write to support@justpasteit.ai) and we will refund the full purchase price. No forms, no questions.
6. License — what you may and may not do
- You may use the prompts and decks for your own business or personal use, edit them, and use the AI outputs they help you create commercially.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or repackage the files themselves (in whole or in part), or make them publicly available.
All content in the product is the intellectual property of Ventacart LLC.
7. AI output is your responsibility — no guarantee of results
Our product is a set of prompts — the text you paste into an AI tool. What the AI tool generates in response ("output") is produced by that third-party service, not by us, and any use of AI or LLM output is entirely at your discretion and risk.
- You verify before you use. As the human doing the prompting, you are solely responsible for reviewing every output and confirming it is true, accurate, and correct for your business and your industry before you rely on it, publish it, or send it to anyone.
- AI makes mistakes. LLMs can produce information that is outdated, incomplete, or simply wrong — including facts, figures, prices, names, and claims — while sounding confident. Never treat output as verified fact.
- Industry rules are on you. If your industry is regulated (for example healthcare, legal, financial, or real estate), you are responsible for ensuring anything you use complies with the laws, regulations, advertising rules, and professional standards that apply to you — including privacy rules such as HIPAA and fair-housing requirements.
- Prompts are tools, not outcomes. Business results depend on many factors outside our control; we make no guarantee of revenue, savings, or any particular result.
Nothing in the product or on this Site is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Ventacart LLC is not liable for any AI-generated output or for how you use it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventacart LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site or the product is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
