JustPasteIt.ai is a trade name (DBA) of Ventacart LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's protected. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a file, we never see your card number, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
1. What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, and billing country are collected by our payment processor, Stripe, to process the payment, deliver your receipt, and prevent fraud.
- Payment card details: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never touches our servers. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest security standard in the payments industry — and your payment data is maintained to those standards.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message, used only to help you.
- Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless tool. It shows us aggregate page views and referrers; it does not track you across sites, fingerprint your device, or build a profile of you.
2. What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
- We don't run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels on this Site.
- We don't send marketing email unless you've bought from us, and even then only about your purchase and directly related updates — with an opt-out in every message.
3. How we use your information
To deliver the product you bought, send your receipt, provide support, process refunds under our 7-day guarantee, and understand (in aggregate) how people find the Site so we can improve it.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers required to operate the Site, each bound by their own strong security and privacy standards:
- Stripe — payment processing and receipts (Stripe's privacy policy)
- Cloudflare — website hosting, email forwarding, and cookieless analytics (Cloudflare's privacy policy)
We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Security
The entire Site is served over HTTPS. Checkout happens on Stripe's secure, encrypted infrastructure, maintained to Stripe's security standards including PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. We retain order records only as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and support.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep, like tax records). Email support@justpasteit.ai and we'll take care of it.
7. Children
This Site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
